Great Guitar Tunes

The desire of most guitar players is to learn a favorite tune. Maybe one of your favorite guitar players inspired you to learn a new song.

Steve Morse was one of the first guitar players that inspired me to play the guitar. He was playing with Kasas at the time, and I was blown away when I heard him play guitar on the album "Spirit of Things".

Eddie Van Halen of course blew the socks off every guitar player with his tapping technique on "Eruption".

I always loved the guitar duet on the Eagles "Hotel California" and David Gilmore's guitar solo on "Comfortably Numb".

Then of course there is the legends like Jimi Hendrix who inspired me with songs like "Purple Haze", "All Along the Watch Tower", "Hey Joe", and "Manic Depression".

Jimmy Page's "Dazed and Confused" or Stevie Ray Vaughn's rendition of "Voodoo Child".
