Volunteers Needed

Many volunteers will be needed to conduct such an event. If you would like to volunteer for one of the steering committees contact Diane Thomson or call 610-524-5017.

Executive Committee 

• Advertisement
• Recruiting participants
• Development of rules and regulations
• Acquiring a host facility
• Training the other two committees
• Date and times of registration and competition
• Problem solving

Training Committee 

• Train the moderators and the scorekeepers
• Decide on time and place for training
• Create posters and informational signs to be placed around the host facility

Registration Committee 

• Managing all registrations, before and during the competition
